This was my first piece that I took on request. Before this, I had simply drawn for my friends for my own personal enjoyment. During the time that I was self-teaching and getting used to the medium, I offered to draw anyone’s character, and Quake was first in line. While it’s not a very good piece, it has a special place in my heart, and was the first time I drew a guy without him coming out looking completely girly or abnormal…I hope.
